Tomato Omelette Recipe/Tomato Dhirde
Introduction:
Tomato omelette is vegetarian omelette recipe. It is also called as Tomato Dhirde. It is referred to as an omelette because of its visual appearance, but actually contains no egg product or by-product. I haven't used egg in this Tomato Omelette Recipe, it is a pure vegetarian recipe.
This is made from Tomato, Rice Flour and Besan/Chickpea Flour. This is the Instant Breakfast recipe and nutritious breakfast. This recipe is a crispy and very good in taste as well as healthy. We get good energy from this. This Tomato Omelette Recipe is very easy to follow and requires very less ingredients.
It can be served with green Coriander chutney or with tomato sauce.
How to make Tomato omelette / How To make Tomato Dhirde
Ingredients
1. Add rice flour, Besan and chilli garlic paste in a bowl. Add sliced onion and freshly chopped coriander to it.
2. Add water gradually as per requirement mix well. Add turmeric, chilli powder and salt as per taste. Make smooth batter.

Tomato Omelette/Tomato Dhirde
Preparation time-30 minutes
Serving-3
Ingredients:
1 cup - Tomato puree
1 cup - Rice flour
1/2 cup - Besan
Chilli, garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder -1/4 teaspoon
Chilli powder - 1/4 teaspoon
salt - to taste.
Procedure:
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Add water gradually to adjust consistency.
- Now heat the frying pan, put some oil and spread batter.
- Cover it with the lid and let it get cooked for 1 minute.
- Now flip it and fry both side till it get nice red color and crispy.
